MODIFICATION HISTORY
--------------------
The dsplib update from 1.02b to 1.04b includes the following corrections.
- Included revised c62x DSPLIB programmer's reference (spru402b.pdf)
  - Added restrict keywords to function definitions, indicating no overlap.
  - Added const keywords to function definitions, indicating no content change.
  - Fixed parameter definitions for DSP_iir.
  - Added better descriptions on FFT scaling issues, interruptibility, performance
    considerations.
- Added examples for functional verification.
- Each function is defined in its own subsection.
- DSP_fir_sym: Fixed A1 initialization bug.
- DSP_fir_r8:  Fixed data access conflicts.
- DSP_radix2:  Fixed data access conflicts.
- DSP_blk_move:Allowed overlapped source and destination blocks.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION
------------------------
To run the TI C62xDSPLIB Library Installation, follow the directions below:

Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP
1. Unzip the C62xDSPLIB_v104b.exe file to a temp directory
2. Double Click the file to launch the Install Shield Wizard
3. Answer all remaining questions presented in Install Shield dialog boxes

NOTES:
1) If you DO NOT accept the software license agreement the library WILL NOT be installed.
2) The default location to install the software is C:\ti\, which will install the code into
   c:\ti\C6200\dsplib and the docs into c:\ti\docs\pdf.  If the existing tools are not
   installed in the default location you need to know the correct location to complete the
   installation of the DSPLIB Library.
