数字无绳电话技术相对于模拟电话具有众多优势：包括扩展的范围、更高的清晰度及更长的电池寿命。2.4 GHz无绳电话通过使用无线频谱中相对不拥挤的部分改善了接收效果，同时将覆盖范围增至2200英尺。其他诸如低功耗、高质量接收等特性实现了更长的通话时间及更好的语音质量。NS提供了各种音频放大器、PLL及功率管理产品，有助于延长电池寿命及通话时间。
